polish national lottery
In real life lotteries operate off of a 50-50 distribution schematic, wherein 50% of the ticket sale revenue goes towards the pot, and 50% is kept as security by the organizers. The security is often used as startup capital for the next round of the lottery.
Our in-game lottery is run in a similar manner, but our distribution schematic is 75-25, wherein 75% of the ticket sale revenue is placed in the pot, and the remaining 25% is used as a security for future lotteries. Low ticket prices ensures accessibility to most players, while preserving the large winnings in the pot.
This lottery is run based upon profitability, and ticket prices will vary based upon the general economic health of the server. Most often, tickets are priced in reals; but in rare cases there are dubloon lotteries hosted for the more adventurous captains.
Lottery events are always advertised in national chat; and tickets can be purchased directly from any bank staff member in any of our corporate outposts.

The current loan cycle is accounted at a negotiable interest rate per two-weeks of the loan duration in perpetuity. interest is simple, not compounding. the loan duration is determined by how many payments you choose to make.
National Bonds
Bonds are offered by the national bank of poland nearly entirely through diplomatic arrangements, but are separately available to private captains.
